While the salt may be low, the intense and pungent flavors of spicy wasabi and savory sauces abound.

Shellfish dishes here come highly recommended, as do the ahi steaks and seafood corn chowder. The tempura is also impressive, especially Fanta-Sea's giant shrimp. Vegetarians will love the tofu burgers and the lengthy menu's many creative salads.
