Since its establishment in San Francisco in 1898, Gimbal's Fine Candies has been making gourmet treats. This factory makes several products, including gourmet jelly beans, heart-shaped Cherry Lovers and Honey Lovers (made with real cherry and honey respectively), cinnamon-flavored LavaBalls and Licorice Scotties.

Gimbal's donates five percent of its Honey Lovers' proceeds to UC Davis' Honey Bee Research Program. This location is not open to the public; customers can order the company’s candies on Candy Direct.
