Il Pastaio Fresh Pasta Company is a wholesale distributor of traditional Italian foods. With its headquarters in the warehouse area of South Maple Avenue, it provides a selection of filled pastas and pairing sauces to local restaurants and farmer's markets throughout the Bay Area, including the popular Alemany Farmer's Market in San Francisco and the Jack London Square Farmer's Market in Oakland.
