C28 opened in 2008 on the first floor of the Promenade in Temecula. It is a Christian store that hopes to be an alternative shopping arena for Christian youth. It sells books, music, accessories and apparel that is meant to spread the word of Jesus. A portion of its proceeds goes back to various Christian ministries, and the customer gets to choose which one.

This company is local to the area, having a few other stores in neighboring cities. The employees here are all devout Christians and offer to pray and worship with customers in the store. C28 also plays gospel music and sermons in the store for customer's listening pleasure. It often has outreach events and concerts in the store or outside the mall, hoping to recruit more people to dedicate to their life to Jesus.
