Pancha Thai Cuisine is located in the heart of Temecula, in a small plaza just east of the I-15. It claims to be one of the only places in town with authentic Thai dishes. The small restaurant is ornately decorated with gold statues, standing plants, paintings and a flat screen TV. Some of the more popular dishes include the Thai-style Thom Kha, Pad Prig Khing and fish cakes. Of course, Thai tea and Thai-style coffee are also a must-have with any meal. The staff is friendly and efficient, making it a very pleasant dining experience. There is a $20 minimum on all cards so be sure to bring some cash if you're not expecting to reach the minimum.
