Temecula Valley Cheese Company opened its doors in September 2006. This specialty cheese shop is located under the Gambling Cowboy Saloon. It offers more than 100 cheeses to sample, several wine and cheese pairings, and made-to-order sandwiches.
Owners Shawna and Jeff Smoot added a patio and a back room in 2008. The Smoots both work at the Winchester Cheese Company. She is an artisanal cheese maker and he is the general manager.
