Everything is fresh! Burger meat is a blend of two cuts of meat and is ground fresh daily and patties are hand molded for juicy burger perfection. Our Fries are Belgian style fries that are hand cut kennebec potatoes and are fried golden and dusted with Italian sea salt. Our zucchinis and onion rings are fresh cut and hand breaded in Japanese Panko bread crumbs and Midwestern cracker mealOur pastrami is freshly sliced and simmered in our propriety blend of spices and peppers for an amazing kick that will require two people to enjoy.All of our food and fresh never frozen and when seasonally possible we source all of our food from farms in California.
