The Fresheast Restaurant is located in the new Von's Shopping Plaza. It is an Asian inspired fast-food eatery, but the twist is that all of the ingredients are fresh, organic and the dishes are made to order. The restaurant is made of all recycled and reclaimed woods, which sets the tone for what this restaurant is all about. There is plenty of foot traffic at this busy intersection, but there is also ample parking in the Von's lot behind the shop. There are specialty items such as green tea poached salmon, spicy garlic noodles and a Korean style barbeque sandwich. Other options are to have yakitori chicken, grilled miso chicken and curry lamb that is served in either a rice bowl, or as a sandwich wrap. All of the paper products are also recycled and biodegradable. It also offers a separate catering menu for large parties and special events.
