Fit Food is a new dining option in the heart of West Hollywood. It offers prepared healthy foods that do not include any added salt, sugars or oils. It uses flavorful recipes that are centered on living a healthy lifestyle. It is the creation of owners Richard Idgar and Bernardo Coppola, nutritionists and image consultants.

Menu selections offer low calorie, vegan/vegetarian and high protein options. It is priced by the number of portions a customer selects from the buffet and daily special listings. The menu includes salads, sandwiches, burgers and soups of the day. There’s a separate protein section that includes Yucatan pork stews, grilled chicken breasts and turkey meatballs. The café offers dine-in, take away and catering services. Also listed on the menu is personal consultation with nutrition expert Coppola.
