Bistro People was organized by chef and restaurant owner Phillipe Jeanty. Jeanty envisioned it as a means of opening the fine dining and bistro experience of Napa Valley to parties and events. He coordinated his network of restaurants, as well as touring events, to provide services for social gatherings, business meetings, tour groups and corporate events, so parties may experience each restaurant and their particular and complementary culinary aesthetics.
