Mattie, originally from New Jersey, moved to Colroado in 1996 and realized that authentic New York style pizza was minimally represented. Drawing fro his experience at noted New Jersey restaurants such as Remington’s and The Pilot House, Mattie began to develop a new menu. After years of research and much “trial & error” Mattie decided to leave AT&T Broadband and pursue his dream of opening a quality pizzeria in Denver. Thus, Mattie Soprano was born. We take pride in our product and have the majority of our ingredients imported from the east coast in order to bring a taste of “The Big Apple” to Colorado. We strive to provide a superior product and excellent customer service. We only ask for a little patience considering that everything is made to order with hand stretched dough, not pre-made pizza shells and fresh ingredients. We then place your pizza in authentic stone andd bake until it is golden brown and bubbling. It is not uncommon for an order to take about 20 to 25 minutes to complete, but it is well worth the wait.
