Mezcal opened its doors to raving tequila fans in Colorado in December of 2003. The awards (hyperlinked to awards page) started coming in almost immediately. Mezcal was designed with the goal of being true to historic Mexican recipes for food & drinks, while allowing for flexibility and creativity in all of our menu items. Built around the history of agave spirits and traditional Mexican cuisine, Mezcal is focused on the education and satisfaction of our friends and guests. The ambiance and décor was designed specifically to address the art, culture and personality of our closest neighbor South of the border.
