We’re Mason and Bobbi Capps; a husband and wife (and darling baby) team dedicated to serving honest, quality food with care. It has always been our dream to open a restaurant serving great food while bettering our local community and those that work for us. OiNKs! BBQ is that restaurant and in the April of 2010 we opened our first location in Denver. On our first date; a night spent over a heaping plate of smoked wings in a popular North Carolina BBQ restaurant; the idea of opening a great restaurant and growing old enriching the lives of our guests and the neighborhood we serve was debated
