Old Major is Chef Justin Brunson's new home to deformalized fine dining in the heart of Denver's Highland neighborhood. Taking its name from the tufted Middle White Boar that dreamt of rebellion, Old Major seeks to follow suit: rebelling against the ideas of what fine dining must be.
Boasting a dining room of corrugated steel and recovered lumber, the open, lofted room is the perfect place to enjoy chef Brunson's rustic, American farmhouse cuisine.
Offering dinner seven nights a week, the nose-to-tail menu offerings can be paired with either our focused, eclectic beer list or with our wine list featuring domestic & international selections.
