Tom's Urban is named for Founder Tom Ryan, recently listed as one of the "Top 25 Food Entrepreneurs" of the last quarter century by Gourmet Magazine. His team sought to create a dining experience offering innovative, yet familiar dishes alongside a creative bar program. Situated at the gateway of Larimer Square, Tom's Urban is an experience unlike any other. The menu includes America's most iconic dishes served alongside regional specialties found only in Colorado.
