Any way you slice it, America, "The Great Melting Pot", has been the beneficiary of these traditions. The Copper Pot restaurant in Englewood, Colorado was created to pay homage to the many cuisines America has to offer. We have put our own mark on regional American classics such as meatloaf, chicken fried steak, macaroni and cheese, fish and chips, and many more. Beyond the food, the idea of bringing back the "neighborhood" restaurant was important. It was in restaurants like this where the staff knew you by name, and became places where families ate together for generations. At The Copper Pot we blend two families' experiences in the kitchen to bring these American dishes to life, and always provide a comfortable, fun atmosphere that can only be found in an independent restaurant.
