Jill L Phipps has been a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado since 1995. She graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Ms. Phipps was raised in Indiana and Ohio and moved to Colorado in 1975 where she received her bachelor's degree in political science from Colorado State University. Ms. Phipps has practiced in the area of family law since 1995 and has had her own office since 2000. She truly enjoys helping families get through the difficult times in their lives and come out better on the other side of the conflicts.She is the mother of three wonderful children, two grandchildren, and one dog and three cats! When she is not at work she enjoys gardening, walking her dog and cheering for the Rams and Huskers!Ms. Phipps is involved in many community activities. She coaches the Fort Collins High School mock trial team, is a timer for the Fort Collins High School track meets, coaches the Preston Middle School cross country team, is a Stephen's Minister and a youth group leader at First Untied Methodist Church.
