Beau Jo s Management Company operates six Beau Jo s Pizza locations in Idaho Springs, Denver, Arvada, Littleton, Fort Collins and Evergreen, Colo. The original Beau Jo's started in 1973 in Idaho Springs with only an 18-seat capacity. The location now seats more than 700 and occupies four storefronts on Miner Street.
