This evening, the Littleton City Council is pleased to recognize Mi Cocina Mexican Restaurant as a Recipient of the Littleton Small Business Energy Efficiency Grant Program. The City of Littleton allocated $30,000 to pass on to businesses who wished to become more energy efficient. Mi Cocina attended a training workshop and shared in the cost of an energy audit of their facility. The audit identified areas in which the businesses could receive the most bang for the buck in saving energy and money. The Littleton City Council congratulates Mi Cocina as being an environmentally minded business and for their smart decisions they made to reduce their energy consumption and save money.
