Abbondanza meaning “abundance” in Italian reflects pizza shop owner Bob Goff’s philosophy. You shouldn’t have to “double order a topping”. We enjoy layering mouthwatering pizza with the freshest ingredients. In 2005, Abbondanza won national recognition in a Denver pizza competition for the Meaty pizza, which is smothered in delicious homemade red sauce and covered with 55 pepperoni slices, ham, sausage, and mozzarella cheese. 2005, out of 50 pizza entries, Abbondanza won national recognition when the Meaty pizza placed second overall in the Vistar/Roma sponsored contest.
