Fika Coffee House is a Swedish-American coffee shop located on Main Street in Old Town Parker, Colorado. We are introducing the Swedish concept of fika to Colorado. Fika is a Swedish verb that loosely translated means “to meet over coffee”. In this tradition we offer a comfortable place to meet with friends for a cup of coffee. We never rush our guests; instead we encourage them to stay, enjoy their cup, and maybe strike up a little conversation with a neighbor they haven’t seen in a while. Thus Fika Coffee House is the perfect place to catch up on the local news, leave a message for someone, say hi to friends and neighbors or simply relax by yourself with a good cup of coffee. Also, we proudly serve only Kaladi Brothers Coffee and always have fresh beans for sale by the pound.
