Located on the site of the former Billy's Old Fashioned Ice Cream, Nonnie's keeps the best of Billy's and adds its own flavor. The ice cream is still made on-site, but the new deli counter adds diversity to the restaurant that has stood on the site for more than 20 years. There are even more ice cream novelties than before, and as always, ice cream cakes must be ordered two days in advance.
