This restaurant was named Coral Reef in the late '90s, prior to executive chef and owner Greg Bozzi acquiring it. In the mid 19th century, the building was a factory for the Branford Lock Works company.
Donovan's has plenty of dining room seating, including a loft dining area that seats 35 and is perfect for private parties. Donovan's Reef offers daily specials and occasional live music. The restaurant's bar is fully stocked and the late-night menu is available until 11pm Monday through Saturday and until 10pm on Sunday night.
