Joey Boucher and Stacey McCue opened Joey B's Famous Chili Hub on River Road in 2007. The cute diner offers burgers, chicken, hot dogs, soups, salads, eggs, pancakes, waffles and the famous chili. But it is the made-to-order breakfast menu that is considered by many to be the best in town.
