Established in 1973, Synergy Alternative High School enrolls more than 100 students in grades 9 through 12. The school operates Friends of Alternative Education (F.A.T.E.), which is a parent-teacher organization that conducts several fundraising activities and special programs. It offers the Life Long Initiative for Education program for students between the ages of 17 and 19.
