East Windsor Ambulance Association is a non-profit corporation that is staffed by paid, part-time paramedics and emergency medical technicians. The association was started as a volunteer ambulance corps in 1978. 

The association operates two advanced life support transport ambulances, and is staffed with paramedics around the clock. A third ambulance is staffed during day shifts during the week and a fourth ambulance is available during peak times.
