Golden Irene's is a family-owned and operated restaurant specializing in Greek dishes and also offering pizza and grinders. Golden Irene's is tucked away on Mullen Road just off of Route 140 in East Windsor. Once inside customers are greeted by a warm and friendly staff. There are tables, a bar and a small fire pit on the outdoor patio to use Spring through Fall. The interior of the restaurant is filled with comfortable tables and booths and accented with plants and Greek art.

The food is made from scratch daily with very little product being pre-frozen. When given the time, Executive Chef George Akkouris introduces himself to his customers and makes sure that they are enjoying their meal and their service.

The restaurant has an attached with bar with a variety of beer, wine, liquor and several large televisions. Private events and fundraisers are held at this establishment, please call for more information regarding these services. Golden Irene's also hosts Happy Hour and has Early Bird dinner specials.
