Located at the Mill complex in the Glenville section of Greenwich, Bambou is an Asian tapas restaurant that features minimalist interior design with a sushi bar and an outdoor patio. The restaurant serves appetizers and entrees such as soups, salads, tempura, teriyaki and kung pau, but its specialty is sushi.  

Customers can choose from a variety of seafood sushi and sashimi, and classics like California rolls. The vegetarian roll selection includes some unorthodox choices, such as the peanut butter and jelly roll or the spicy kimchi and mango roll.  Bambou's cocktail menu offers a selection of sakes and mixed drinks.
