The Chinese Kitchen has been in Groton since 1994 and is popular among area residents for delivery and take-out. For those who want a sit-down meal, the restaurant has two large dining rooms with comfortable leather seats, chandeliers and Oriental artwork. The menu features a large selection of classic Chinese dishes, including beef, chicken, seafood, fried rice, chow mein, lo mein and chop suey, plus vegetarian options. A House Selection section on the menu offers specialties such as Walnut Shrimp and the Hawaii Five "O" with filet mignon. Combination plates are also available. Lunch special are available from 11am to 3pm. The Chinese Kitchen also has a bar with beer on tap and spirits.
