Brian and Scott Gyllensten, owners of The Jelly Beanery, are brothers who grew up and were educated in Madison. They say they opened their ice cream and candy shop here because they love the town. The shop offers both hard and soft serve ice cream. Adults can find childhood candy favorites including Turkish Taffy, Razzles, Good & Plenty, Sugar Daddy and other classics. The shop also offers current favorites including Swedish Fish, Gummy Snakes and, of course, many different jelly bean flavors. In addition to their Web site, the Jelly Beanery has a Facebook page.
