Plaza Azteca is a family-owned, home-made south-of-the-border restaurant. The Melendez family started the company in Virginia Beach and their location in Manchester, managed by the founder's son, Antonio, is the first in New England.
Azteca offers all made-from-scratch ingredients and spices - they even make their guacamole right at your table. On Wednesday and Sunday nights a light mariachi band is available to sing at tables and add to the authentic Mexican experience. Hand-made and painted toy lizards are also available for purchase.
Azteca is located on Slater Street right at the corner of Buckland Hills Drive, next to Best Buy and iParty.
