Blarney Stone Pizza is owned and operated by Blair, and partner Mike. We also have a few other loved employees who are putting in a great deal of time helping us get this place up and running. We think our new restaurant is just what Middlebury needs to spice things up! We are offering a variety of crazy pizza toppings for those folks who are a bit daring, but of course we are keeping things simple as well for the classy folks. We open on May 1st and cannot wait to get the business going!
