Domenic's & Vinnie's Pizza has been in business since 1970 and open at the Middlebury location since 1994.Vinnie's Pizza was voted "Best Pizza" in Greater Waterbury by the Waterbury Observer multiple times, "Best Sausage Pizza" by the Prospect Pages and was favorably reviewed by the Meriden Record Journal.

Sauces and dough are made fresh daily, as well as its meatballs and sausage. All pizzas are individually hand-made to order. Patrons can watch their pizza being made.
