Located at the Crossroad's at Middlebury East plaza, Leo's Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch daily. One of three restuarants, Leo's Restaurant has a reputation for having delicious breakfast and lunch items and using local, organic ingredients whenever possible.
The breakfast menu includes gourmet omelets, blintzes, Belgian waffles, pancakes and even "The Kitchen Sink." The latter item is the name of one of the breakfast specials; for $15.99, hungry patrons will receive a platter full of French toast, pancakes, sausage, bacon, home fries, scrambled eggs, grilled zucchini, fresh fruit and a cup of coffee.
