Nick D'Errico is no newcomer to the ice cream business. He worked at Dairy Queen as a teenager until he bought his own store. After working in the business in New Haven for more than 21 years, D'Errico decided to make the move to the Woodmont store in 2002, which he runs with wife.

This Dairy Queen features fun Blizzard flavors, soft-serve ice cream and other tasty ice cream treats. In addition to ice cream, it serves lunch and dinner combos, barbecue and grilled chicken sandwiches and hot dogs. Ask about its specialty, custom-made cakes.
