Located in downtown Mystic next to Mystic Pizza, the Harp & Hound is a low-key Irish pub. The atmosphere is just as fun inside as it is outside, with signs all over the corner directing to the restaurant.  The idea behind Harp & Hound is a fun one, and the owners had a lot of fun decorating the place with all the signs outside and the fun style inside.
