Sons of Italy is the oldest and largest national organization for men and women of Italian descent in the U.S. But like the owners say, "you don't have to be Italian" to use the services of its banquet hall. In September, there is a "Salute to Italia" festival with dinner and dancing. But it even does Bar Mitzvahs in this catering hall.

Or, try the Tivoli restaurant in the Hall. The restaurant and connected  bar are open to the public a few days a week, and they offer a good value for a traditional Italian menu.
