Although Big Y recently bought out the A&P in Old Lyme, A&P Warehouse Liquors is one of 21 liquor stores still owned by the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company. This decent-sized package store is located near the Big Y and is fairly well-stocked. A large sign announces that the store now carries Jonathan Edwards wines, and another identifies an aisle stocked with French, German, Italian, Spanish and Australian wines. Customer service may not be a strong point.
