Her outlandish interests and hobbies include “anything to do with my business — going to other fish markets, finding recipes, looking for new equipment.”In her spare time she thinks about thinking about anything to do with her business. And when she’s not thinking about it, she’s dreaming about it. And in the meantime, she loves spending time with her wonderful children, Christopher and Jessica. (Incidentally, they both work in the seafood market — Chris because he just wants some spending money and 12-year-old Jessica because she’s saving up to buy a horse.)
