In business for more than 25 years, Costa Foods runs concession stands at various beaches in Stamford, Fairfield County and Westchester County where it serves up traditional good-time summer eats like burgers, hot dogs, fries, ice cream and candy. Costa Foods' stands can be found not only at Cove, Cummings and West beaches in Stamford, but at Bridgeport's Seaside Park and even historic Playland in Rye, NY.  "Stamford's a great town," says owner Frank Costa, a Bronx native who came to work in Connecticut and fell in love with the area.
