The Patio Café is a cafeteria located in the Stamford Government Center, and offers everything from hot plates to cold drinks for employees of the building. Feel free to pop in if you work in and around the area as well, it may be the best lunch choice you've made in a while. Owner Kathie Moschos has been working in the restaurant business for the past 20 years, and by now she certainly knows what she is doing. One menu highlight is her meatloaf that she makes with only fresh, organic angus beef. Kathie is busy on weekends operating her catering service, so the Patio Café is only open on weekdays for breakfast and lunch.
