According to co-owners Giuseppe Castagna and Anthony Nargi, Remo's Brick Oven Pizza was "designed to be a showcase." The decor for the restaurant highlights elements of old-fashioned New York pizzerias from the 1950s and features a menu with recipes that come straight from the Italian kitchens of the owners' families. Both owners pride themselves on making pizza that matters to them and offer no apologies for sticking to the classic recipes.

Aside from pizza, there are several pasta selections and the popular custom salad orders to go along with a drink menu that features Italian wines and beers. The dessert menu has all of the classic Italian desserts such as tiramisu, cannolis, and sfogiatelle.
