Terra Firma Farm is a working organic community farm and an educational facility established to provide local children and adults awareness of sustainable farm life. Its aims include fostering informed compassion and encouraging people to become an agent of change in society. There are many programs available, including farm-based after school care, summer camp and harvesters camp. The farm also hosts school field trips and birthdays. The farm is home to cows, laying hens and their roosters,  goats and their kids, sheep and lambs, rabbits, turkeys, miniature donkeys and Tamworth pigs.
