Captain Seas is a familiar sight in Wallingford, a landmark since the 1960s. It offers more than your everyday fast food restaurant, specializing in unique menu items such as clams and lobster rolls as well as homemade soups, fries and onion rings and daily specials.

With its relaxing atmosphere, great prices and packed menu including everything from burgers to seafood rolls, Captain Seas attracts the young, the old, locals and tourists.  Seating includes old-fashioned booths, bar seating at the two front windows or outside on one of the five picnic tables available.

Taken under new management in 2008, the owners have embraced their connection with the community by holding "School Night" on the first Tuesday of every month, with 20% of the gross profits that day going to benefit a designated Wallingford school.
