Praline Central, located at 30 North Plains Industrial Road serves as the corporate offices for the Praline's Ice Cream Corporation. 

Praline's Ice cream was founded in 1984 by Donna Torre and her late husband, Joe. Following their motto "You never work a day in your life as long as you love what you are doing," their tiny ice cream shop blossomed into 13 retail stores, two of which are located in Wallingford.  The ice cream is still made at the manufacturing distribution facility in Wallingford, packed and shipped to its retail stores.

Guests are asked to make an appointment before visiting headquarters. Opportunities are also available to open your own Praline's store. For more information please contact the office.
