Tailgate Kitchen, which offers bar food as well as authentic pierogi, is located in the back corner of Grand Central Cafe (the food served in Grand Central Cafe is from Tailgate Kitchen). Owned and operated by Bob Lumley since Jan 4, 2010, Tailgate also provides catering services and take-out. Lumley has a passion for pierogi and offers a number of varieties beyond the familiar potato and onion filled options. The recipes have been handed down from generation to generation and Lumley has also experimented with some additional pierogi varieties while keeping in line with traditional Polish methods.
