Our Connecticut Superior Court Vendor # is 408442 House Neutrals - Our House Neutrals are mediators and arbitrators with whom we have established marketing relationships based on our Model of Service. Briefly, this allows them to be uninvolved in the marketing of and communication regarding a particular case prior to their selection as the neutral. All Rosters - This section contains our current Personal Injury, Commercial, Construction, Health Care, Employment and Intellectual Property rosters. Our rosters are continuosly updated and we are always seeking suggestions for additions. Simply Commercial - In light of the high cost of Commercial Litigation, particularly where the amount in dispute is a high percentage of total legal costs, the benefits of submitting smaller commercial cases to our program is outlined here. Qualifying cases range from contractor disputes to cases worth upwards of $250, 000.00 where cost savings criteria are met. We are currently recruiting commercial arbitrators and mediators. The program not only stresses mediation and arbitration, but also the benefit of consulting services during contract negotiations between entities. John Perlstein is the house neutral who conceptualized this program and with whom we have worked and we are populating a roster of attorneys who will also be available for service. Employment Disputes - At the moment, our Marketing Director, Katie Marinan Marino is working with one of our house neutrals, Bill Logue, on the formation and recruitment of neutrals for our Employment dispute resolution roster. Among many other ADR related services ( See below ), Bill has a reputation as a skilled employment dispute mediator, public policy expert and mediation trainer. Articles - Once the basics of of web page is completed, this section will be programed to allow the addition of articles regarding all aspects and uses of ADR in the legal, business and government communities along with articles providing insight into specific areas. Fee Schedule - This is the current fee schedule. Our goal is to keep costs as low as possible and to avoid up front administration fees. It should be noted that fees are driven mostly by the hourly fees of the mediators and arbitrators. Administrative costs are included in our initial invoice once a case has been scheduled, thus avoiding up front fees for pre hearing administration.
