Shish Lounge opened in West Hartford in 2009. It is an "ultra lounge," with an upscale atmosphere (dress code does not permit "sports headwear" or sneakers) and a high energy environment similar to a New York City or Miami nightclub. Shish also has a full kitchen with an eclectic Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring flatbreads, spicy chicken wraps, kabobs and lentil rice. Shish hosts at least one fundraiser per month to benefit local non-profit organizations.
