West Hartford Extended Experience, Inc, also known as "WHEE," is located in the Smith Elementary School. It is an after-school program for grades K through 5. The Director is Carol Pirot. It has been in existance for over 12 years. It offers homework time, snacks, art activites, creative games and sports, to name a few. It has six teachers in the program.
