Owning a restaurant has always been a life long dream of ours….it’s the business of choice in our families, and we thought it was time to introduce a new concept in the industry – that of quick yet healthy meals. We grew up in a new era, one where being health conscious and environmentally responsible are the norm, and we figured that should translate into the restaurant world. It didn’t hurt that we knew the U street neighborhood very well, and thought it was the perfect place to introduce Chix.
